Things to Do
 Laps Area Swim at the Sergeant Bluff Pool.  Our facility includes a pool with two slides, children's play area, lap lanes and more.  We have a full concession stand, chaise lounges and grassy spots for sunbathing.


 Parade Pioneer Valley Days is hosted every year.  The event is usually the second weekend in August.  Games and activities are available during the fun and exciting weekend.

 Food The Winter Festival is hosted every year in December, typically the first Sunday.  There is chili and cinnamon rolls for everyone to enjoy with a free donation.  Kids can visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.  There is a silent auction, craft, games, raffles, festival of trees and holiday music with local talents.


 Zombies The Zombie Run is hosted every year in October, typically the weekend before Halloween.  It is a 1 mile run/walk for kids and adults. 


 oUTSIDE Visit the Sergeant Bluff Senior Center from Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Meals are served Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  Adaptive Aerobics classes are offered every Tuesday at 2:00 p.m.  Sign up for the monthly newsletter to view more information about the Senior Center and any social events being hosted for that month.


 High School  Visit the Sergeant Bluff City/School Library.  The Library offers audiobooks and ebooks to download and enjoy as a part of WILBOR consortium.  The Sergeant Bluff City/School Library is one of 115 libraries in western, central, and southern Iowa that participate in WILBOR.  The libraries are located inside the Primary, Middle and High School in Sergeant Bluff.
