A Message from our Mayor: Dale Petersen

On behalf of the citizens of Sergeant Bluff, the City Council and myself, I would like to extend to you a personal and cordial welcome to the City of Sergeant Bluff.  As you may know, our city has much to offer its citizens. We have a fine school system, four churches, a recreation center, business park, five parks, a business district, local newspaper, medical clinic, dentist, two chiropractors, several active service organizations, an outstanding fire and rescue department, along with several large industries and a museum that contains many of the artifacts that explain the history of Sergeant Bluff.

Sergeant Bluff is located just off of Interstate 29 and in the heart of industrial and residential growth. We are very excited about the peaceful and relaxing environment that our city has to offer our residents. We hope that you will find Sergeant Bluff to be progressive, yet small enough to get to know people as individuals.
